Data deletion

1. Submit a deletion request

Use this form to create a tracked request. Submitting it does not immediately delete school records; the school must first verify your identity and check any legal or safeguarding retention duties.

2. Other ways to request deletion

You can ask Royal Academy to delete personal data we hold about you. The form above is the tracked route. You can also email the school if you cannot use the form.

1. Email info@logicglide.com from the address we have on file if possible.
2. Write “Data deletion request” in the subject and say what you want deleted (for example a form enquiry or an app account).
3. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request.

3. What we delete

When we accept a valid request, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data we hold, rather than only freezing an account. We may keep limited records where Nigerian law, safeguarding, or admissions rules require it (for example a note that a request was handled).

4. Timing

We aim to respond within 30 days. Complex or school-record requests may take longer; we will say if they do. See our Privacy Policy for your other rights.
